Your Role
As our Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, responsible for managing and executing all social media initiatives in alignment with Amazon's overarching marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Development and execution of social media strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts, including platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Design and implement social media campaigns that promote products, services, and special events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure cohesive and impactful branding across all channels.
- Create engaging and informative content—text, images, and videos—for targeted audiences based on trends, customer preferences, and emerging market dynamics.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust tactics as necessary.
- Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly to build a strong online community.
- Stay abreast of new social media trends and technologies, recommending new tools and ideas to maximize social reach.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and influencers to enhance our social media impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Social Media Manager or in a related role.
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts for a reputable brand, successfully increasing engagement and achieving set KPIs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- A deep understanding of current trends in social media and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
